2024-2025 Faculty

Part Time Teacher

Required Qualifications

Successful candidates will:

  • Hold a Manitoba Teacher’s Certificate, or have a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology to obtain a Limited Teaching Permit.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset in their personal and professional life.
  • Value relationships with students, staff, families and community contributors.
  • Sign the Confession of Faith from a Mennonite Perspective and MCI’s Community Code of Conduct.
  • Submit a clear Background Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.

Positions Available

2024-2025 Faculty Positions:

  • Part-time, one hour a day, term contract (with the possibility of developing into a full-time, permanent contract) teaching Biology 40S from Feb 3, 2025-June 27, 2025.

Resource Teacher

Required Qualifications

Successful candidates will:

  • Candidates should hold a Manitoba Teacher’s Certificate, and have a current understanding and successful experience with Student Specific Plans, ranging from adaptations through individualized programing. Candidates with experience in funding applications, grant writing, and leading a resource team are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset in their personal and professional life.
  • Value relationships with students, staff, families and community contributors.
  • Gentleness, kindness, and patience are essential.
  • Clear and compassionate written and verbal communicator with a relational desire evident.
  • Strong administrative skills with respect for deadlines is required.
  • Sign the Confession of Faith from a Mennonite Perspective and MCI’s Community Code of Conduct.
  • Submit a clear Background Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.

Positions Available

2024-2025 Faculty Positions:

  • Part-time, (school cyclical hours or consistent weekly hours) term contract (with the possibility of developing into a full-time, permanent contract) as MCI’s Resource Teacher starting February 3, 2025. 

Substitute Teacher
