The Application Process

Submit an Application

Begin the application process by downloading the appropriate forms available down below. Complete and submit all forms and additional documents to MCI.

Process The Submission

Your application will be reviewed by the MCI admissions team. All documents must be submitted by the deadline to be eligible for any earlybird discounts.

Gather Necessary Documents

The MCI admissions team will alert you if any pieces of the application are missing or need further explanation.

Interview Process

A member of the admissions team will set up a time to chat if any questions arise in your application. Interviews are mandatory for International Students and Dormitory Students.

Final Decision

You will receive a message, by e-mail and mail, by the set decision day set for your given application period. We are excited to welcome YOU into our community! 

Application Package

In addition to the application form, You will need :

  • Two completed References. One Academic Reference (teacher, tutor, guidance counsellor or support staff) and one Personal Reference (pastor, youth leader, coach, employer or other community member)
  • A completed Dorm Application form if you hope to live on campus. Acceptance to the academic program and dormitory program are issued separately
  • Non-refundable $200 application fee. This fee will act as a credit towards the students account
  • A copy of your most recent report card and any modified plans/IEPs as applicable
  • A completed Medical Form and a copy of your Manitoba Health Card (if applicable)
  • To participate in our Flexible Tuition Program, complete the Flex Tuition Application form and submit a copy of your most recent Tax Return Summary

In the event of a withdrawal or dismissal, the fees owing will consist of those owing to the end of the month in which the withdrawal or dismissal occurs, plus tuition (and room and board) for one additional month. International fees are non-refundable.
